BREAKING: The England and Wales Court of Appeal has refused to hear our historic legal challenge against the Board of Directors of Shell.

This astonishing decision gives Shell and other oil giants a free pass to continue exploiting fossil fuels for short-term profit, at the expense of the planet and our health.

We remain undeterred: we will keep fighting for accountability of corporate directors who – under business as usual – are steering us deeper into climate catastrophe.

But we can only do it with your support.

Please give what you can to power our ground-breaking legal efforts to protect all life on Earth.
