Amid temperature records being broken month after month, action is needed now more than ever to secure a liveable world for the future.

The law is our best tool to hold governments and corporations accountable and to push for stronger climate action.

Just last year, we launched 30 new cases and have a total of 199 legal actions under way, including:

  • Taking the UK government to court for the second time over its climate inaction

  • Filing a legal complaint against agricultural giant Cargill over deforestation and human rights failings in Brazil

  • Challenging the proposal of Europe’s largest plastic plant in court

But so much more needs to be done to stop the worst effects of climate change. And only your support allows us continue fighting for a healthy and just future for us all.

Help us use the law to fight for a world where people and the planet thrive together. Donate now.
