How will my donation to ClientEarth make a difference?

Together, we can use the power of the law to fight the climate and nature crises, and create a healthier future for generations to come.

We are currently working on 170+ active cases, and have plans to launch 67 more. Recently, we have:

  • Taken legal action against multiple countries like Spain, Italy and France over destructive bottom trawling in marine protected areas
  • Made Coca-Cola remove and change its misleading plastic recycling claims, through a complaint we supported
  • Helped a Spanish community achieve a landmark win to curb toxic pollution from industrial agriculture

Your gift will fuel legal challenges and advocacy campaigns that push for stronger environmental policies and hold polluting companies and negligent governments accountable.

NB: We will allocate your donation to the area of greatest need, ensuring it has the most significant impact possible.
